Learn about current eating habits. Learn to fuel your body with simple choices that support energy and long-term wellbeing. - T – Training
Learn to incorporate movement / mobility / exercise in a simple way tailored to your needs. Taking account of any personal health conditions to do this in a safe way. - B – Balance
Fiind harmony between effort and rest, action and reflection. Create a healthier rhythm that you can maintain.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Over the course of 6-8 weeks, (flexible), we will visit each of these pillars in a progressive manner, building upon progress each week. There are guided activities and reflection points to walk you through each week.
- Week 1 – Foundations and Awareness.
Grounded with purpose and open to growth. - Week 2 – Create Momentum
Small steps forward = create lasting change. - Week 3 – Fuel and Flow
Nourish my body. - Week 4 – Strengthening Habits
Consistency is my strength. Build it daily. - Week 5 – Reclaim Control
I choose progress over perfection. I own my reset. - Week 6 – Integration and Reset
I carry this forward. Strong and clear.
FEES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Initial health screen and goal setting. 30-45 minutes
6 weekly face-to-face or telehealth appointments. 30-45mins
Inclusive of GST: $465
Payable in either in full at the time of booking, or across two payments at Week 1
and Week 3.
Current clients on referral will not need the full initial health screen, but may opt to review goal setting.
